This core renovated and beautifully furnished 60 m² apartment is very spacious and perfectly suitable for up to 4 people. It is located on the first floor and is therefore barrier-free to reach. Free parking on the property allow a relaxed and easy check-in.

In the same building we offer two more accommodations, which can again accommodate four and six people respectively. So if you have a need for more, feel free to drop me a line.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, which can then be converted into a cozy sofa bed with separate mattress for the 3rd and 4th person! For our little guests there is a travel crib with mattress and fly net as well as an IKEA high chair available.

The ski area Winterberg is only about 400 meters away and you can reach it comfortably on foot in less than 10 minutes. With the mountain bike you can start directly and go over shady forest paths to the bike park. As soon as you leave the parking lot, you are on one of the numerous hiking trails around Winterberg.

After an exciting day on the slopes, the sauna and pool invite you to relax (opening hours: 8:00-19:30).

Afterwards you can watch some Netflix on the comfortable sofa or from your bed (Smart-TV) or surf with highspeed WiFi, with us you can definitely relax.

In the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave you can conjure up delicious food for the whole family even on vacation. At the dining table all 4 people and if necessary even more guests can sit together comfortably.

On the balcony you can enjoy your coffee in the morning with a beautiful view!

Only a few meters from the accommodation there is a bus to the city center. The Winterberg golf club is within walking distance. The main train station offers numerous connections and can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. For winter sports enthusiasts, the SkiBus AstenExpress is ideal, which serves the winter sports areas around Winterberg. This bus also offers connections to trains to and from Dortmund.

Right next to the golf course and not far away is the Winterberg ski lift carousel, which offers direct connections to various ski areas. Winterberg's city center with its cozy restaurants and stores invites you to a relaxing afternoon of shopping. Gas stations, supermarkets and bakeries are also in the immediate vicinity and ensure a comfortable stay.
